I think I have seen a reference to stock paste or cubes but I can't find it again. Can anyone help

If you are looking for beef or chicken stock paste it is here DD and the vegetable stock paste is in the book which came with the TMX or there is this one here on the forum.

Hi Denise and many thanks.   What  a super quick response. you are absolutely right. I don't have the TM31 books and it is not in my TM21. I would be very glad of the recipe. Yes I would be very pleased to be PM'd.
