Forum keeps throwing me out as a member!

Hi, I seem to have a wierd problem whereby my laptop will not keep me a member. It keeps treating me as a guest. So I then login in, make sure I am logged in permanently by ticking "forever" box but the minute I want to respond to someone, it immediately comes up with the message that I am a guest and I am not allowed to make comments. Interestingly, I am able to make comments and stay as a member if I use my ipad! What is going on?

That must be frustration Courton, gosh I hope that never happens to me.  Not sure if MM can help out on this one or not, let's see if any of our computer savvy members can come up with a solution first. Good thing you have an iPad. ;)

If you aren't having the same problem on your iPad courton I would think that it MUST be a problem on your laptop. What sort of laptop are using (i.e. windows or MAC) and which browser are you using?

windows internet explorer. Funny I have never had the problem before.

Courton,  naughty computer.  They seem to have a mind of their own sometimes.  Use your iPad until it is sorted.

Hi,

Try using Firefox or Chrome... Sounds like a cookie setting issue.

I have just opened the forum using Google Chrome. If this goes through, it is a cookie problem with IE. Thanks MM. :) :) :) :)
