Gluten Free Wheat Free Cooking Cookbook
« on: February 13, 2009, 12:06:03 pm »
This is a question to all of you who have the Gluten Free cookbook.  Which are your favourite recipes from it?  I'm looking for some inspiration to finally get around to trying something from it  ;D

Thanks!
As my picture shows, I've suddenly become younger :-)  DD was of the opinion that her picture should be here, not mine!

Havent tried many recipes from this book but love the coconut slice alla bounty. It makes a small amount so i usually double it. Great for coconut and bounty lovers.
