Do you think it would be possible to make clotted cream in a TM5?
I am not finding anything when I search (other than a member on the forum
)
If you can make yogurt, mascarpone etc I am hoping you can.

Welcome to the forum Emmcee.
I don't know if you can make Clotted Cream in the TM but I found this posting by a memember on the German RC Thermomix website.

It would be truly wonderful if you could, I love clotted cream. Not good for me, but delicious.
I checked Mr Google and saw this.

Yup :-) I have been away from Taste for a loooong time but still use the name (sadly Emmcee has gone to rainbow bridge). I am still baking and just a little blogging and won a TM5 in a charity Auction in November. I am loving it
Both these links aren't for ways to do it in a thermomix - thanks to whoever moved the post - I wasn't sure which was the best place to post (I had 2 options picked wrong!)

Lovely to see you again Emmcee. I'm birdsam, but like you haven't been near Taste for ages. It seems to have changed. I'm pleased you have a thermomix. I love mine.
