Cornflour - should I dissolve first?
« on: June 07, 2011, 12:40:01 am »
Hello
The Beef Stroganoff recipe on p.98 of Everyday Cooking ... (2010) says  "place remaining ingredients ...". This includes 1 tbsp cornflour. Should I first dissolve the cornflour?
Thanks, huon
