I made this and froze it a couple of weeks ago and just took it out of the freezer yesterday for dinner last night.  Mine turned out more of a stew than a soup so we had rice and quinoa with it and it was really delicious.  Thanks for sharing, Farfallina, this one is definitely on my list to make again during these cold winter months.

This is a delicious soup - I have discovered that I like buckwheat, which is just as well as I have a lot left in the bag.
I cooked the beans in my pressure cooker, and then continued to make the rest of the soup in the pressure cooker too. I puréed half the beans in thermie, but added them back to the pressure cooker. After I added the buckwheat, I bought the pressure cooker up to pressure and cooked it for 15 minutes, and then left it depressure naturally.
