Tuna Rice

Name of Recipe: Tuna rice
Number of People: 4
Ingredients:

1 chopped onion
2 cloves of Garlic
2 ripened tomatoes
2 soup spoons of tomato sauce
20 gr olive oil
200 gr white rice
600 gr hot water
3 cans of tuna
Salt


Preparation:

Chop the onion and garlic for 5 seconds, speed 5.
Add the tomato and tomato sauce and chop for 5 seconds, speed 5
Add the olive oil and rice and cook for 4 mins, varoma temperature,  :-: speed 1??
Add the hot water amd cook for 14 minutes, varoma temperature  :-:  speed 1 (keep checking the rice until it is cooked to your taste.
Add the tuna (nicely fluffed up) and cook for 3 minutes, varoma temperature,  :-: + speed 1
Leave to stand for a few minutes.


Tips/Hints:
Cheap, tasty and healthy. Eat with a nice Rocket Salad.

What size cans of tuna are referred to in this recipe.  We generally buy the 425g size and I'm sure you don't mean 3 of those ???

MM seems to have missed this - it is likely to be the 200g cans like the "Sirena" brand,, but they may be even smaller ?

The tins of tuna in Spain are 80g each, (which in my opinion sounds about right for 4 people, 240g tuna)
