Hi
« on: August 15, 2011, 01:45:27 am »
Hi

I'm Gaby & i'm from the outer easter suburbs of Melbourne. I got my TM a week & a half ago. I realised Saturday morning when i was cooking brekkie that I hadn't turned the stove on all week because we had used the TM for most of the cooking! lol

My best friend got me onto TM's as she has one. Slowly she convinced me with all her talk about it. I didn't have to convince my husband either. I was lucky, I had the demo & just ordered one. He didn't see it in action but he knew I was planning on buying one anyway. It does all the things we had always said we wanted to make, that was the selling point!

I love the fact I can make wholesome foods with no nasty stuff in it. I want my kids to grow up healthy

You've done well Gaby.  Welcome to the forum.  Way to go, thermie being used for most of the cooking - don't you just hate cleaning ovens & stovetops. The TMX is a breeze to clean compared with those old jobs.

My reasons exactly for getting a TMX( no nasty stuff in our food). However I wish I could have got one when my kids were young. At 17 and 20, they earn their own money and continue to top up on junk, can only try I guess.
I remember thinking I would never make cakes with it,lol. You have a world of adventure ahead,as I am sure your friend has told you.
Best of all it's fun.
Welcome
Denise
