Thanks for you kind words Frozzie, I have a go but confidence is something I am having to learn as I never had it as a child.  I just seemed to get knocks and it stays with you through adulthood.  Think I am slowly getting there though and this forum has been a great help in that regard.

Judy, I think you are much stronger and way more confident that you realise.  Just read the responses to your emails on this forum to know that - not everyone has your empathy, knowledge AND willingness to share.  It's not always easy to get beyond the insecurities we had as a child (I am, in fact, fairly shy and have to work at that) but as an adult we are more understanding of these things and can adapt as required - and I would say that you have certainly done that.

Look at all you do and have done and think about how many other people could, or would, do what you have done and are doing .... not that many, I bet.

So, there's my mini-psychology lecture for the day - DON'T UNDER-RATE YOURSELF!!

I don't know that I am that insecure these days girls, I think it is just getting used to so many compliments which seem to come my way as I consider myself to be a normal cook,  just like the rest of you on here. I think the forum brings out the best in us all and the sharing and caring that goes on here is what helps us achieve so much more than we ever though possible.

You are certainly right, Judy, but you do deserve all the compliments you get - you (along with a core group of about a dozen or so other consistent members) are our 'forum mums' - the rocks on which we all rely and without all of you the forum would not be the strong and supportive place it is today.
