I made this today and although it is a small cake it's very nice.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I made this today using the mc as the measure and made a double quantity of the mix which made a normal size fruit cake. I used spelt flour, Gogi berries, apricots, dates, raisins and walnuts. A little slice of heaven!  This is a recipe that will be a fixture.

Clever idea, I never thought of putting goji berries in a cake.
I made a boiled fruit cake today, but not in  *:.
I boil it up in the morning, and mix the eggs and flour in the afternoon to get max moistness.
I only use one pan, less to wash   ;)
Will post recipe later.
