Carrot Muffins

Does anyone have an easy Carrot Muffin recipe? Or have you made the Carrot Cake in the EDC as muffins? My son loves this cake and I would love to make muffins for him to take to school.

This is my favourite carrot cake recipe Dizzygirl and would be fine as muffins.
