Swiss roll gluten free with photo

Swiss roll
    4 eggs separated
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    ¾ cups caster sugar
    ½ teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
    1 teaspoon cream of tartar
¾ cup of cornflour
1 tablespoon of custard powder (white wings) GF
2 to 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
Pinch of salt

Sift all dry ingredients, except salt and sugar twice  
Add vanilla to egg yolks

Add egg whites and salt to bowl with butterfly in place  
Whip for 2min on speed 4 start adding the sugar 1 teaspoon at a time through the hole do not stop TM should take time to 6 mins.
Drop speed down to 2 then add egg yolks 1 every 15 sec
Drop speed down to 1,
Add dry ingredients still through the hole  1 tablespoon at a time .my time was 10mins by now
 
Pour mixture in tray mine was 37cm by 25cm lined with baking paper
Bake for 9 minutes at 180, turn oven off leave in oven for 2mins more  

When cold turn onto a piece of sugared baking paper

Spread with jam, whipped cream, shavings of chocolate, a sprinkle of almond flakes
Strawberries
Roll from short end .Sprinkle with caster sugar or dust with icing sugar to finish.

Looks lovely fundj.My Mum always made Swiss Roll when I was a kid.I like the idea that everything is done in one bowl,my kind of recipe ;D
