My DD who is recovering from surgery made this the other day and it is so nice. But a warning it's extremely rich and you can't eat much..
We did convert the cups to grams and convert it to use with the TM and saved the conversion on my iPad but I don't know what we did wrong as it went back to the original recipe. Any way though I would share it anyway and I will try to conver it as I remember.
Recipe: 'Perfectly Chocolate' Chocolate Cake and Frosting

This is based on a recipe from the Hershey's Cocoa box and it's a great chocolate cake recipe! This is "health food" because cocoa contains antioxidants!
Ingredients:
2 cups Sugar
1 3/4 cups Plain flour
3/4 cup Cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
2 large EGGS
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup hot chocolate Freshly brewed
Preparation:
Cake:
Preheat oven to 180
0degrees and spray two 9 inch round baking pans with non stick cooking spray.
Place sugar into TM and mix 10 sec speed 8 then Combine next 5 dry ingredients in TM bowl and mix 10 sec speed 4.
Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla and beat 30 seconds speed 4
Pour in the hot chocolate and mix 20 sec speed 4 (batter will be thin).
Pour batter into pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and then remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely before frosting.
(we split each cake into 2 then iced between each layer, then added some cocoa to the remaining frosting to ice the top of the cake)
Frosting:
Recipe: Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:
80g Butter
220g cream cheese softened
1 tsp. Vanilla
450g icing sugar
Preparation:
Smooth and creamy frosting made from scratch, with love.
Beat together butter, cream cheese and vanilla in TM for 30 sec speed 4. Add icing sugar mix further 20 sec speed 4 until well combined.
If too thick, thin frosting with milk a tsp. at a time to desired consistency.
