Hi Foodfreak, it's true there is lots of vegetarian suggestions on here.  I cook for vegetarians a lot and I have found a wealth of inspiration.  Very cool to "meet" someone from Mexico.  This forum is very international!  I'm from Australia, there are quite a few of us here!!  Welcome!

Hi foodfreak, welcome to the forum.  Nice to have someone from Mexico on board and I'm sure you will be very popular here if you start posting some traditional recipes - Mexican food is very popular here in Australia. Hope you can get some inspiration for the type of food you are after here on our wonderful forum.
