You know,  i"m feeling very stupid that I didn't consider the microwave...  I am going to see if I can find the instruction booklet and see if there might be some recipes in there to get me started.  HOnestly!  People talk about a TMX being a waste of money...  but reallly I think the microwave is the biggest waste.  All I ever do is reheat my cuppa and defrost meat.  Time for me to make better use of my tools!!!!!

What about chocolate truffles in baby and kids section?  Or Chelsea's wrap?

Nah.  My silly little kids hates pastry!!  WOn't touch it.

In an update.....  big news is....  we have bought a bbq!!!!  Tonight we're having a roast chook and all the vegies.  :D

As we're in a rental and we've had this oven fixed 4 or 5 times,  it seemed the sensible thing to do.  And we needed a bbq for our house we'll be building next year....  so......  we got it now.  Hooray!!!

I made Thermomixer's chicken croquettes yesterday and OH MY GOODNESS they were a huge hit!!  Unfortunately,  there are none left for school.   :-))  So,  I'll have to make some more... and for my niece's 5th birthday party as well.

Molly maybe have a look at the TM Rawlicious booklet. Yesterday I made some Cinnamon Bars (well I made balls) and they are quite nice. They don't require cooking and are very healthy. You may also find some recipes in the Vegetarian cookbook.
