Had the Gluten free sourdough class today. I'm full to exploding as we sampled so much. Blinis, crumpets, breads and P..........(Dutch somethings). I am so glad that I don't have anyone who needs to eat this way though. Yoke used buckwheat, rice flour, quinoa, and sorghum flours.
Jeninwa was there too. Lovely to see you jeninwa. We brought home some buckwheat and quinoa bread to make.
I can't wait for my next class there, I'm really enjoying them.

We also ate waffles and crepes and burger buns.

That's what they were called Faffa Poffertjes. Lovely to spend the day with you Cookie, its nice to do a class with some
My bread is in the oven, it was after 6 when I got home tonight and the dough was just about over the top of the bowl. I thought I might have ruined it. DH one of the crumpets that I bought home and was very impressed. Bought 2 crumpet rings, they didn't have any of the pie tins that Yoke used.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Yes, that is what they were called. They were lovely. Yoke had also prepared some frozen chips of coconut with palm sugar to put on things. Yum yum yum.
