My my Tenina
« on: December 02, 2011, 10:58:53 pm »
I have been catching up on all the Thermomix news and blogs and  had the pleasure of reading so many successes including Teninas cook books and other consultants doing well. Grace  in Australia must be happy to have so many wonderful ambassadors for the Bimby. Sales must be at an all time high here. I hope everyone gets their orders by Christmas.

Also must say brickbats to consultants not getting support from head office and for some dodgy machines causing pain.

I love the forum and all the wonderful contributors giving such great and generous support to each other.

Thanks Gretchen;
I agree with you whole heartedly about the forum…you guys are terrific and have been nothing but supportive.
I totally appreciate it. I am, after all trying to make a business out of value adding to Thermomix with recipes that suit the Aussie way of eating and without one iota of help from HO, in case you hadn’t noticed. My praises have not been sung from Thermomix in Australia’s rooftop I can assure you!

So thanks to you all on here, without you I would struggle even more than I do now!  ;) ;D ;D

Well I am sorry to say I did not notice that particularly, but it certainly saddens me as that is what this forum and the people in it are all about. Shame on them. I am sure they miss your skills and maybe a wee bit green with your success.

No matter. We will continue to sing your praises far and wide and most certainly will be buying and enjoying your great recipes. thanks by the way for the umami paste recipe, a real winner.

Also it was so nice to "see you" in your interview  on the Super Kitchen Machine blog. Great surprise. That Helene seems like a great "gal" too. Pity she is not a consultant as I am sure she could sell a zillion over there.

Lovely to "chat" and very good luck to you.

Off to catch up on some more Thermomix blogs. I never knew there were so many.

Gretchen

PS: I am sure you are right Judy.

Gretchen you have posted such true words re Tenina. Her enthusiasm for the TMX is contagious and the recipes are really lovely. My Dinner Spinner is getting a lot of use. Like many forum members I can't wait for Tenina's new book.

I love reading your blog Tenina. (Actually I'm haunting it at the moment waiting for your book to come out.) Loving the Dinner Spinner and singing praises about your cooking classes. I think TMX HO's loss is definitely TMX owners gain. You bring a well rounded approach to utilising the TMX in our kitchens.  :-* :-* :-*

Thanks Kim and Jan, appreciate your kind words and your support as always. I love what I do…and my philosophy is that I am in the right place at the right time and I couldnt be here without having been where I have come from…deep and meaningful, but true. So I am grateful to Thermomix Australia for the years of training and experience they gave me.
Its only good!

Merry Christmas to you all as well. (we are a bit colder here than normal as well Frozzie!!) Missing Europe at this time of year, it is so beautiful up there at the moment….

True true..need to appreciate your passage with them just a pity they couldnt give you ongoing support when you left the nest like they have done for others that werent even in the nest  ???...saying that dont know your relationship with them as it should be or their reasoning behind it..all that matters is that you are succeeding so cheers to that  ;D

Yes europe is very pretty at this time of year actually winter in Paris especially is my favourite time and the most pretty in my opinion..however you can only see so much pretty before you get sick of the long months of cold..however cant complain too much as for hte moment winter has been pretty mild as europe goes well in my neck of hte woods anyway..cant speak for the UK lovelies or the boys up in Germany!!

Tenina thank you for your onging support of all that is TMX in our homes - your recipes, advice, hints and tips are legendary and of benefit to all - I am sure that HO would be still covertly using you as a reference!  Congratulations on the super success of Dinner Spinners, can only imagine that the wonderful journey for you continues throughout 2012 and beyond - enjoy this wonderful Christmas Season  :)  :)
