Hi Karen, We have a Pomegranate tree in our garden and I have used the juice to make a sauce (reduction) with roast pork!! Haven't done it in a thermomoix yet as I am new to the machine. But it is also nice in ice-cream or eaten fresh.
To loosen up the capsils roll it on your bench whole, cut in half place cut side down and whack the outside of it with a wodden spoon to get as many of them out!!
