Caramel Fudge
I've made the caramel fudge from the "Travelling with Thermomix" book 3 times now and each time its been very grainy
. Does anyone have any recipe changes they could suggest? I would prefer a smoother and softer effect. Thanks. Sue

Sue, compare that recipe with
this
one and see if you can notice anything which would make what you are making grainy. This one was lovely.

I think when its grainy you need to cook it until the sugar fully disolves...if you dont it will be grainy...i havent made it in thermie though only on the stovetop! Last chrissy made baileys white choc fudge...
