Hi Mrs Kelly.  I'm an Australian demonstrator, if that helps.  What do you need to know about the twelve months interest free deal available to Thermomix customers in November and December 2011?  Ask away.  It is public knowledge I need to be able to share with my customers and your questions will help me focus my understanding of our instructions.

oohh great thanks for helping....

so i was just wondering what the payments are on both the 12 and 24 month intrest free programs?

also if i choose one of these options can i pay it out early with say a tax return etc?

hmmmm i think that was it for now!

thanks again!

I can answer the second question from memory, so I'll do that first - will check for written confirmation and edit later though, if required.

Yes, you can make extra payments, with tax return etc, but each non-scheduled payment will attract a $1.95 fee.

Application fee is $70.00.

Monthly account-keeping fees - $4.95 per month.

Am not aware of 24-month interest free.  I THINK - will check paperwork - that after twelve months the regular 19.95% interest kicks in.

These amounts are quoted from the Consultant Finance Information flyer:

12 months - from as little as $42.36 per week.

24 months - from as little as $23.46  per weekYes, that's right - if you take the 12-month option, you can pay it off owing the fees and charges, but no interest.

After the 12 months, the other options incorporate interest as well as monthly charges.

If you default on a payment, even in the first twelve month interest-free period, an extra fee is due.

Please send me a PM with your e-mIl address and I will mail you the whole sheet.

Can't copy it here as its a .pdf file.

You also need to read through the whole Once Credit info booklet before the credit application can be made.

Once you are ready to move ahead with your finance application, this is the link that will allow things to accelerate.  It is innovative as you are in control of entering your personal details.  I encourage you to use this online service rather than wait for a phone call:

Good luck!

Anyone else with questions about this offer is more than welcome to ask them here on this thread or to me privately.

Mrs Kelly if you pay $40 a week (39.70) then you will pay it off in 12 months. That includes all of the costs ( est fee and monthly account keeping fee) if you go for 24 months you will be charged 19.95 interest after 12 months. So you can effectively go on interest free pay the minimum weekly amount which is $15 and and then when you get a tax return pay it off at no charge. Any extra payment you pay other than e nominated direct debit will incur a $1.95 fee. Hope that helps :)
