Both please.  I can see up the top next to "user info" where I can click for "new replies to your posts" but what if there are no new replies and you just want to find a topic or response that you posted?

rjsj, if you are unsure where you have posted something, just click onto your forum name and it will take you into your profile. Click on 'show the last posts of this person' and they will all be there.  When you find the one you want, just click on the thread it has been posted in eg 'what are you cooking today' and there it will be.

For posting a new topic, the home page will show the major topics to post under for recipes etc, chit chat has lots of different topics under it, including 'what are you cooking today' and 'what's for dinner tonight' so have a browse down the list to familiarise yourself with things we all chat about.  If you possibly can, try and read all new postings on a daily basis and you will soon know your way around. In that case you would click on 'show unread posts since last visit' - that way you don't miss out on any of the conversations and recipes being posted.

If you remember who posted something you want to revisit, then just click on their forum name and go through their list of previous postings.

This is probably as clear as mud but I know what I am talking about  ;D ;)
