I know, when I read the tip I was sure that this lady & I must have been the only two people that had never heard of this!!

Oh my goodness.......who would have guessed!!  Just went and looked....thinking, "No, not on my watch" and sure enough the tabs were there.

i did not find it on the gladwrap i use the larger one, it was on the coles baking paper

me either and theres a how to design etc on the box and all lol...amazing the things we miss...thankyou as i often fight trying to keep the roll in the box...slippery little bugger always wants to pop out!

me either and theres a how to design etc on the box and all lol...amazing the things we miss...thankyou as i often fight trying to keep the roll in the box...slippery little bugger always wants to pop out!

I used to have that problem with the half-sized Saran wrap - no end tabs to hold the roll in place - I just used tape on each end to keep the box closed and put a short strip of the double-sided "removable" tacky tape on the front of the box below the cutter so the film wouldn't slip back inside the box.  Works great.

hehhe I never knew this either and I have a whole shelf full of glad wraps, alfoils, glad go between, baking paper etc etc! Going to check them all out when I get home. Thanks for the tip!
