Fresh Paprika
« on: December 05, 2011, 02:23:27 am »
I have 2 being delivered this week in my fruit & veg box. I have only used dry ground paprika.

Does anyone know what to do with fresh paprika?

Thanks :)

Is it like a chili or capsicum Hally. I don't know if I've ever seen it.

Halley, I read that Paprika peppers are sweet and that you just treat them like any other pepper (capsicum).

Here's a dip using a fresh paprika pepper.

Hally I use them like I would Capsicum they are just a bit sweeter. They are nice stuffed.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!
