@ Nicola1968 how did your puff pastry trun out mine was a flop
Well I feel almost guilty saying this but it was FANTASTIC! Next I'm going to give criossants a go.
I adapted the method from Lorraine Pascale's book "Baking Made Easy" I'm afraid I'm a real cook book addict (although I'm slowly moving towards electronic media for my books - FAR easier to sneak into the house that way
) but I really like her writing, she makes it seem so easy.
