Hi from Perth
« on: December 11, 2011, 12:36:03 pm »
Hi everyone

My name is Tamara and I have had my Thermomix for just over 2 months now.  I have been reading the recipes on the forum since I first ordered my Thermomix.  I am a married mum of 2 aged nearly 6 and 3, and I work part time.

Some of the things I have made include butter, jam, mayonnaise, mashed potato, beef strog, spag carbonara, custard, beetroot salad, playdough, chilli mussels, hummus, roast capsicum dip, pumpkin & cinnamon bread, steamed sausages, choc chip biscuits, gingerbread with honey.

I have been having a problem with getting drinks to the correct consistency and taste, but this weekend I finally made a recipe that I could get my family to drink - a a breakfast smoothie.

Thanks for such a great forum.

Tam

Hi Tam, welcome to the forum.  You have done well with the variety of things you have done so far. Have you made the raspberry cordial from the EDC - that is another nice one.
