Ingredients:1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 teaspoons fennel seeds
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
2 teaspoons whole coriander seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds (whole)
1 teaspoon dried red chilli flakes
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup shelled pistachios
2 level teaspoons sea salt
Put all ingredients except sea salt in TM
dry roast with MC off for 10 mins , temp 100, spoon speed
allow to cool
add sea salt and pulse on turbo until correct consistency is achieved - do not over process.
Serve with turkish bread, good quality olive oil and balsamic vinegar
