Guacamole (Spanish recipe)

Name of Recipe:  Guacamole – not tested

Serves:  Not stated

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
200g tomatoes
1 small onion
½ lemon
1 tsp fresh coriander
A pinch of pepper
A pinch of salt
A pinch of sugar

Preparation:  
Peel and chop the avocados and onion.
Wash and chop the tomatoes and remove the seeds.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon half.
Put the avocado, tomato, onion, coriander and lemon juice into the  *:.
Beat at Speed 4 to obtain a thick purée.
Add the salt, pepper and sugar and blend again at Speed 4.

Tips/Hints:  The most popular way to eat guacamole is as an accompaniment to corn tortillas or nachos.

Origin:  This is a translation of a recipe in Salsas y Aliños con Thermomix (Susaeta Ediciones)

Thanks for all your recipe conversions, it's great to work our way through them at this time of year.

With this recipe, would I be right in thinking that the small tomato is actually a small onion?
