Is duck pate much stronger in flavour than chicken Chookie?  We are a close-knit community here Chookie, many friendships made and I love being here too.

Judy,  i bought this from a local shop and it is really Duck Rillettes.    That is shreaded cooked duck mixed with cognac, mixed herbs and duck fat.  It is very tasty.  To make it a bit Christmassy, I put it in these small pots that I bought at Fortnum and Masons while in London, with a sprig of parsley and 2 red currents from our bushes.

It looks very attractive Chookie. Wow, you have red currants growing too. :D
