JD, somewhere on this forum I remember discussion about Cyndi's GF bread being a sloppy mixture - not sure if that constitutes a review, but I would just like to give Cyndi a pat on the back for a great recipe - now, just to make sure it is actually in the GF book.  Egg on face if not.  Happy New Year.

Thanks Cecilia, I found the recipe on the forum with reviews there so have added it to the list.

I'm entertaining 30 people, JD.  Every time I get too stressed I hop on the forum and relax - being here is like breathing deep for me.  :)

Absolutely Cecilia. I love entertaining - with all the dietary requirements now - I have to refer to the forum.
I feel more than a little overwhelmed when asked to host a dinner party.

Just wondering if this recipe book uses a lot of uncommon ingredients?
