The only disappointing difference between the first booklet and this full sized recipe book is that the original provided nutritional values for each recipe and this later one does not but there are additional recipes in the 2nd edition.

Hi Judy,
Is this book basically meant to be for 2 portion recipes (If this is so, it would be good for me as like you, I cook for just me.) Is this the recipe book that I read they were going to sell with a chip. If so I shall have to watch out for it. Do you think it the chip will have the same content  as you have listed here.

Had a look at this book today.  Looks nice but until you try some of the recipes you just don't know.   I believe the bundle of chip and book will be available early next year in Australia. This is cheaper than buying each separately.

Yes Dot, it was initially written by one of the South Australian consultants but more recipes from other consultants have now been added.  Were you aware we had a whole heap of recipes suitable for 2 or 3 serves listed here on the forum?

No, I had no idea that this list existed. What a gem you are Judy. :) I shall peruse through them . I use "Living Cookbook" to write my own recipes and also to copy/paste whatever I come across. I can of course scale these recipes to any number of portions from this fantastic software but it is good to have recipes that are actually intended for 1 or 2.

hello Judy, I have just made one of the selections on your 1-2 portion list. The recipe was really nice. albeit that the portion size was beyond huge. I have copied the list onto my computer. I would like to see all these lovely lists that you do under their own heading so that they are easy to find again.  Is that a possibility?
