recipe review - Goan Prawn Curry - Indian cook book
« on: May 18, 2010, 02:30:30 pm »
Tried this recipe tonight and really enjoyed it.
Halved the recipe as only DH and I  eating but could have done the full recipe and eaten it all !!!
It doesn't say to use reverse speed after adding the prawns but I decide to. Otherwise except for halving ingredients followed the recipe as per the book.

5/5

Good work and good call on using the reverse - so easy to have prawn soup.  :-* :-* :-*

Made this last night for DH & two teenagers. Was very quick and easy to make - I made the sauce in the afternoon and added cooked prawns before reheating and serving. It was probably just as well I wasn't eating it as it wouldn't have fed 4 of us with the rice. Next time I would double the recipe and probably thicken the sauce a little as I thought it was a bit too thin. A very tasty result though with pleasing slurpy noises all round.
