Great effort Kulsha. I might add gelatine to my next one. I think it would be even nicer if it was set.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I got mine from Woollies in the 'Desserts' section. It was hard to find and I had to ask someone... I was looking for a bag but they sell it in a box now - was on the bottom shelf.

Photo attached. Yummy! Turned out great. Minor tweak: Next time I might add another 5 min to the cooking (total 20 min) as some of the sago pearls had little white centres instead of being entirely transparent. I noticed some sago recipes, people soak the sago first... but this was so easy, just add it all and cook in TMX  ;D

That looks really good. We finished ours last night but I think I'll make it again soon.
