Yesterday I made
this bread from the recipe community. It has 500g atta flour in it and the recipe asked for 20g dry yeast. I decided this was far too much and put 2 teaspoons in. It had 3 risings and the bread crumb is holey. DD called it crumpet bread.
Should I have put the 20g yeast in?
Should I only do 2 risings?
Thanks. I liked the flavour of the bread, it's just a bit airey.
