Just caramelised an onion
« on: January 08, 2012, 12:27:28 am »
Ok, just done this, why because the TM can do it. Used the recipe from JD caramelised onion & mushroom tarts.

It smells good, it looks good, what do I do with them?!?!?

Never done this before.

Uni,   I have compared the one you are going to make ,  with recipe in Quick Fix,  which I made.  Much the same,  except Odette's has less oil, and has added soy sauce. less Vinegar, and is cooked for a lot less time. 22 mins. compared with 85 mins.
