Hi All
I'm very glad to have found this forum while I eagerly await the delivery of my new thermomix this week. I can't wait to get a hold of it and have a play!
I'm hoping that a thermomix is going to allow me to remove more prepackaged and preservative laden foods from our diet- which as the mum of the 2 and 4 year old is important to me- and also to help out with quickly and easily getting a nutritious dinner on the table seven nights a week- which as a working mum can be a juggle as I'm sure many of you know.
I've also decided that 2012 is the year that I am moving my family to more whole food and organic cooking wherever possible.
Looking forward to finding some great recipes.
cheers

Hey Dora, welcome to the forum - once you get into the swing of the TMX and grab yourself some recipes from this forum, you will certainly notice the difference in the way you cook plus the way you shop. All good news for the family and their health.

Welcome Dora - you are in the right place with the right kitchen helper to do exactly what you want to do for 2012 ( and every night of the week). Once you get going and had a little practice you will be amazed and wonder how on earth you did with out it. Enjoy

Welcome. I find that you think 'I can't be bothered tonight' and then you can get the meal on the table quite quickly and it is a healthy one.

I LOVE my thermomix!
yesterday I had my first cooking session with it and in a couple of hours managed to make bread rolls, pizza dough, pizza sauce, vanilla ice cream, apricot jam, strawberry jam, peanut butter and baba ganoush. All so easy- now I really understand why you all love your thermomixes.
Looking forward to trying some more recipes out.
