Oh my this is delicious!! I made it for part of our lunch today.My SIL had three helpings and requested the recipe. :D :D

I agree it is delicious.
My DH loved it.  I served it with pan-fried chicken breast I stuffed with pesto & feta, and some broccoli. 
Another great recipe.
