Another Melbourne newbie

Hi
I'm Lisel from Melbourne, Australia. Vegitarian mum to carnivores DH, DD 4 and dairy free twin DS's 11 months. I got my TM just before Christmas and cooked up a storm whilst DH was on holidays. I really liked it, it was the time saver I needed as we were eating so much takeaway (mostly fairly healthy but $$$) but yesterday after making a great loaf of bread (I am well known for my bread disasters) soy milk and super LSA, I am truly in love!
I got the vegitarian recipe book for ordering in Dec but have not made anything from it yet, I have found this forum to be much more inspiring!

Hi Lisel, welcome to the forum and so nice to see you are totally in love with your TMX already. This forum is very inspiring and you will find so many recipes here to suit your problems, if not on here then on blogs of people with the same problems. We also have recipe reviews from all the
books
which are available and you might find them helpful before trying a new recipe. Dairy substitutes are high on
Quirky Jo's blog
if you haven't found that one yet.

Welcome Lisel from the other side of the continent. You sound as though you are enjoying your time with the TMX. I find the recipes from the forum great, especially with all the adaptions.
