Fantastic recipe! I made half cordon bleu & half Kiev. The mixture would make a great chicken burger if it was unfilled or nuggets. It's also very economical, six portions from two large chicken breasts
This will definitely be a regular at our house, I said to my son "this is really good isn't it?", he replied " no Mum, these are really VERY good". Then he asked if he could have them for breakfast, lunch & dinner the next day
