Ingredients:120g yogurt
15g freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard or whole-grain mustard
20g extra virgin olive oil
Salt, pepper
1 big pear
Lettuce (romanian, red leaf, iceberg, radicchio etc)
20g walnuts, roughly chopped
Preparation: Chop salad, slice pear thinly. Transfer all into a salad bowl, add walnuts and mix.
Mix yogurt, orange juice, mustard, oil, salt and pepper for 15 seconds on Speed 3.
Dress salad with the sauce, mix and serve.
Enjoy.
