Naan Bread from the Calendar
« on: February 04, 2012, 10:10:16 pm »
Hi - some people have mentioned that they make a Naan bread from a calendar recipe.  Can someone please post it here?  Thanks so much!   :)

I dont have any calendar but Naan bread is just a plain white bread that is flat.
You can use any normal bread recipe and if you feel like you can substitute a bit of the water with yogurt or/and add a bit garlic.
In my opinion you get the best result from baking them on a cast iron skillet but you can bake them in the oven as well.

Julie, I don't have that particular calendar either but I'm sure it's Tenina's recipe from her website.
