You all get the general idea now - adapted from Full Steam Ahead, a la baf65 This recipe was originally for turkey rolls - use whatever tickles your fancy.Sauce ingredients:100g EVOO200g onion3 garlic cloves1 tbsp dried oregano1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp black pepper50g vinegar100g water50g mustard (as it's a translation of a German book, I'm assuming this would mean a mild, sweet mustard)300g ketchup30g sugar1 can coca cola classic (330g) (this ingredient rules out this sauce for me, but I'm including the recipes for others )Instructions:Place all sauce ingredients into mixing bowl and blend 30 sec gradually increasing speed from 5 to 10.Place Varoma in position. Cook 40 min / Varoma / 1PS. Reading one of the comments below I realised that a la Baf65 isn't the clearest of all instructions for anyone who's new!! So to clarify - cook your chicken/other meat/ fish / whatever in the varoma and your veg in the varoma tray above, all cooking at the same time as the sauce.
