I found this when looking for potato salad recipes. Knowing Tenina makes yummy recipes, I thought I'd give her version a go.
It has the WOW factor and tastes scrumptious!!
I have made this twice now and love it!!
The second time i tried to save time by cooking the eggs by steaming in the rice basket as per EDC instructions while steaming the potatoes. Obviously, the potatoes continued for longer but both times I thought the potatoes didn't need the 30-40 minutes as recommended, when actually they do... so must do it correctly next time to avoid potatoes that are not quite done.
