Thanks for all your recommendations. I'm tossing up between the Morrocan Lamb or Butter Chicken. Wish me luck! :)

Are you making the Butter Chicken recipe from the Indian book MEP?  It is posted here on the forum and is the best one by far.

Welcome, i assume that your TMX has arrived by now.  How is it going.  It replaces so much in the kitchen and is such a gem to use.
hubby will soon be singing its praises to his mates as your whip up fantastic meals for him.

Hi Judy, yes the Butter Chicken from the Indian Cookbook.

Hi Aussie Brenda, still waiting...less patiently, as the days pass by though. I the mean time I am busying myself with all the topics on this forum. There's SO much to read and learn...I am considering taking long service leave when it arrives just to familiarise myself with my new friend. Don't expect DH would appreciate that though.

MEP should I just add the Health Hazard warning at this stage and if you choose to ignore its your own fault.

1.  Food is easier, quicker and TASTIER to make from scratch
2.  You tend to cook more because you enjoy it more
3.  You expand too much

You have been warned, take heed or expand

Thanks CreamPuff, noted. but I love my food too much to worry about the waistline...I have a very sweet tooth and have a little (or not so little) sweet treat most days.

Welcome MEP. I only joined the forum yesterday, so we are starting the journey together, although I have had my TMX a few months. I have just bought the Indian cook-book and hoping to try a recipe over the weekend. Good luck

Hi Lisa70 - where did you buy the Indian Cookbook? I can't recall seeing it on the TMX website. Thanks

Hi Monica, my TMX rep. sold it to me. I think she had had it for ages. Ask your rep. about it. Otherwise I can see if Vicki has another one.  ;)
