Tonight I was invited to happy hour and dinner that followed at a friends place. I took pre dinner nibbles & dessert. Dukkah from EDC and Judydawn French onion dip. The FOD was just fantastic. so tasty and without all the preservatives. For dessert I made Brons, Banoffee Pie, which was just fantastic, I was a bit worried it would be too sweet, but it was just right, and I didn't add sugar to the cream. I also made the biscuit base instead of the pastry one. I also took along a sample of Fundj's Limoncello, which I had only just finished making. Could easily get addicted to this. Do you drink this straight on the rocks(ice) or mix it with mineral water?
