I had heard wonderful reviews about this recipe so I had been looking forward to making it since I purchased the book. I decided to make it after dinner last night and wow - it is seriously amazing! The nicest pudding I have ever made. I need to invest in a proper pudding bowl though as I used a deep pie dish and I couldn't fit in all of the boiling water for the sauce. Will definitely make this again. 5/5

Where have you heard all the reviews Thermo Mrs - nothing that I know of on the forum about this recipe.  I'm glad it lived up to your expectations.

Hi Judy, I meant heard wonderful reviews as in I heard them verbally My consultant and a few of my thermo loving friends had made the recipe within the first few weeks of the book being released. It certainly lived up to my expectations and now I know why they all raved about it! I froze 3 portions as it makes quite a lot, I'm looking forward to heating up a nice serving tomorrow night when DS is in bed and DH is at work
