Weet-Bix Energy Bars

Weet-Bix Energy Bars
Ingredients
Serves 20
1/4 cup wholemeal flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup crushed weetbix
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cups of dried fruit and nut
1 egg
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons honey
Preparation
Preheat oven to 170 C and  line a 20cm x 30cm tin.
Place butter in bowl and melt at 50C. on speed 1.
Add honey, milk and egg. Speed 4, 6 seconds.
Add the rest of the ingredients except fruit and nuts.  :: until the mixture comes together. 
Add the fruit and nuts and  :: until mixed or stir in by hand.
Press into prepared tin and bake for 25-30 minutes.

I found this recipe in a Weetbix cookbook.

Mine weren't Denise, but I don't think I cooked them long enough.
