Forum Newbie

Hope I am putting this in the right place! I bought my TM in December and use it every day. I am currently making indonesian food every day, and toddler food and the five seed loaf from the EDC book. When I have time I will put up some Indonesian recipe conversions.

Hello Roganru - a very warm welcome to the forum.  You'll find lots of recipes, tips and all sorts of advice on all sorts of subjects!  Once we start to use it it's amazing just how many times a day the TMX proves its usefulness.  We really look forward to some of your Indonesian dishes!! :D

Yes you are in the right place Roganru, welcome to the forum.  Adding my name to the list of interested members in your Indonesian recipes.  Just in case we cannot source some of the ingredients, could you perhaps give us an alternative to more obscure ingredients if there is one please?

Thank for the welcome! Luckily most ingredients are quite readily available, so you shouldn't have too many problems.  I have to start writing down my conversions rather than just relying on luck. The rendang in the EDC has great authentic flavors, and is better on day 2 or 3, so that is a great indonesian recipe to start with for anyone interested in Indonesian food.
