Name of Recipe: Masa para pizzas (Pizza dough)I made this today using 00 pizza flour and it has a lovely texture. I divided the dough into 3 and froze each piece separately. I will advise further as to flavour and how it bakes.
Serves: Makes about 700gIngredients: 200g water
50g extra virgin olive oil
20g fresh yeast or 1 sachet dried yeast
400g strong flour
1 tsp salt
Preparation: Pre-heat the oven to 250°

5 seconds / Speed 4Next, add the flour and salt
1 minute / Speed Remove the dough from the
with oiled hands and spread it out in a greased baking tray.
Stretch it with you hand until it is very thin.
Put you chosen ingredients (tomato sauce, mozzarella etc.)
Bake for about 20 minutes
Tips/Hints: You can leave the dough to rest until double its volume (approximately 30 minutes)
