Thanks for the support! I'm a little terrified! training was great until we got to the paperwork section, that was extremely daunting.

I have two demos booked for May, so hope they go well.  Couple of things that worry me, hope they wont spoil it for me...
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
