Spice mix for mushroom dishes

Ingredients:

100 g salt
Peel from 1/2 lemon, dried
30 g black pepper
2-3 g dried ginger
1 tsp dried fenugreek
½ tsp allspice
1 tsp cacao
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cardamom
1 tsp fennel seeds
½ tsp nutmeg

Preparation:

Grind everything at speed 10 for 15 seconds.
